Description: Please join us on Saturday, September 21st at 10:00 am at Glasgow Park, Pavilion #1, Newark, DE as we gather to walk (approximately 1-2 miles, your choice) to exercise our bodies and minds to support mental health. There will be a Mindfulness session, as well as crafts for kids, refreshments, t-shirts for adults, and prize drawings. Sign up today to register, start a team, and/or to donate. Adults are $30 and there is no charge for kids! Please register soon- we have maximum capacity of 125 spots, rain or shine! We are counting on you to continue our life-saving work. Pre-registration is required to guarantee shirt. Cash or checks only for day of walk registration. Online registration site closes on September 18th. Online donation site will remain open until October 19th.
