• Description: Join us for a make your own yogurt parfait, coffee and conversation, followed by a 1 hour chair yoga/mindfulness session led by Barbara McAnany of Barbara’s Healing Touch.

• Cost: Beforehand, it is $20 per person. Day of, it is $25 by cash or check only. The fee includes all refreshments, training session and free raffle ticket!
